  • Battery Cases: Ensure your phone is securely fitted into the case. Press the power button usually located on the back or side of the case to begin charging your phone.

  • Power Banks (Wired): Connect your device's charging cable to one of the USB output ports (USB-A or USB-C) on the PhoneSuit power bank.

  • Wireless Power Banks/Pads: Simply place your Qi-compatible smartphone or device directly onto the wireless charging symbol on the PhoneSuit pad or power bank. Charging should start automatically.

  • MagSafe Power Banks: Align and attach the magnetic PhoneSuit power bank to the back of your MagSafe-compatible iPhone (iPhone 12 series or newer). Charging usually starts automatically upon magnetic connection.

  • If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from PhoneSuit, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full item refund. We just ask that you give us your feedback on how to further improve our products. It's that simple. Shop with confidence at PhoneSuit.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email support@phonesuit.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
